Worth to return next year.
Nice hotel with an excellent price/value ratio. It's located in the edge of the desert, half an hour walk to the city center (Naama Bay). We arrived early in the morning. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful in bridging over the hours we had to wait till check-in. The cleaning staff (2259) also did a great job. The pool area is looking great and we enjoyed the programs every night next to the pool. The restaurant was simply great. We had a lot of dishes to choose from almost without repetition during the week. Special thanks for the great pancakes and fried eggs for the breakfasts. There are also different fruits a lot of cakes and vegetables (salad) available to the meals. Due to the hotel is located not on the shore there is a free shuttle bus service taking us every half an hour in the morning hours to the (Kheima) beach, which is located next to the Old Market. There is also an excellent water park in the 'backyard', which is not visible from the pool area, therefore guests may not always be aware of its availability.
Although most of the meals were really excellent, it is likely still a challenge for the kitchen staff to make the meat softer in beef meals.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning interiors and meticulously landscaped grounds that provide a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Located in an ideal spot, the hotel is conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the local area while still offering a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle. A special thanks to the dedicated staff "Mina Sanad" who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made all the difference. I would like to give a particular shout-out to the room service team "Ahmed". The food was always delivered on time, hot, and delicious, and the service was exceptional. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t wait to return. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding service, all in an amazing location
